Hiring
If I'm ever in the position to hire someone this is what I would post, (or something very close to it)
Wanted!!!
(part time) Someone who is reliable, dependable and able to learn
quickly. No experience required, (however some would be beneficial)
This
is what I'm looking for: someone who will be on time (preferably 5 or
10 minutes early or more) I do not accept tardiness, period the end,
if you are 1 minute late you are late, however I will forgive up to 5
minutes, after that you're on my watch list. If for some reason you
are going to be late I expect you to call and it needs to be at least
an hour before you shift starts.
If
for some reason you are late and the employee that stayed till you
got there and says to you (hopfully kididngly or sarcasticly) you're
late, do not take it offensively, just apologies and move on. No
attitudes allowed!!! (Unless of course you have a good attitude) The
manager or assistant manager will take care of it, just let them
know. Seriously!
I
want someone who is willing to work and provide excellent customer
service. If the line gets long you don't get all roullled up.
Someone who is not timid about asking for assistance when they need
it.
The
starting pay is ok, however not great and probably not what you want.
If you are a good worker, honest, on time, don't have a bad
attitude, have good work ethics then I would like to talk with you.
